8 ozs the minute a CH knocks, another 8 ozs as soon as you can after that. 8 ozs more when it's gone.
assuming you're awake for 16 hours (ha ha ha ... that means you got 8 hours sleep ha ha ha - tongue in CH-eek humor!) ...
... that's 256 + 32-per-CH ozs/day. assuming only one nightime attack, @ 128 oz/gal ... that's 2.1875 gallons.
now, i awake at LEAST 16 hours/day ... but i don't slug 8 ozs every 1/2 hour. i try to drink at least 4 1.5 liter bottles/day. sometimes i go an hour with none, sometimes i jam down half the bottle at a whack. but i try to do at least 4 bottles/day ... 5 if i can. that's 7.5 liters and about 2 gals, give or take.
i hear ya ... i need a catheter. and meetings at work are ... well, don't get between me and a urinal after one. i always miss the best part of the movie. i DO get up at night ... but not for a CH!
life is a tradeoff, i guess ...
