That's not much at all. Not for CHs. He should have been started on 240 at the least (did you mean he was started on 120 MGs? I've only seen it in increments of 120) if not 360. There are people here who take up to 960 MGs of it. Let the doctor know that it has to be given in higher doses then what he normally prescribes it at for non-CH conditions.
