As someone who has some broken vertebrae and basically has only had jobs that require me to pretend they don't exist, when I found a chiropractor that could make my back feel normal again I realized that I could counter people who say they do nothing. Now, if you want to apply that to JUST chs, I'd agree. But to say they don't do anything, when all my other doctors could do was identify it, is not very much help on anything at all.
