It's been 2 years this Thanxgiving, cronic, several times daily. Have been on 700 mg. verapamil a day with no help. Right now on 1,000mg depekote & 50mg topimax & 9mg melatonin @ bed. This keeps them down to a #5-#7 but this time of the year as the days get shorter they rise back up to #10s even with meds, and they will increase my depekote & topimax & start taking Maxalt for attacks and prentisone tapers to get relief for a week or two.
