I'd like to agree on that Magnesiun. I have been taking a very large dosage of 2,600 mg. and have noticed an improvement in the severity and frequency. Must be taken with Calcium or it will not be absorbed. It should also be a water soluable. Plant based is better than animal based for absorbsion.
