I too had no CH the whole time I was pregnant with my children. Every person is different. I had very bad clusters about two weeks after my kids were born. Doc says probibly due to hormone change. At that time I had to quit breast feeding because it made the clusters worse!! But I sure wish I could have stayed pregnant for ever because I felt so good during the pregnancy. I would think the second should be the same as the first. Good Luck. Paula
