Butt...It has been theeorized that prolonged use of those ANTI-small-infintesimal-microbial-bacterial-napalm meds kill that good stuff in yer intestines.
Then ya get this Candida stuff that moves in...not a good thing... that takes over ...and gives ya a whole nother plethora of "really bad" things.
Maybe even Clusterheadaches...but for sure...you get the "runs".
Obviously I'm not an expert...but ...my spit did have tendrils...so I'm tryin to help you before I die.
