Botox injections work by essentially paralysing the muscle in the forehead. It has proven to be helpful in reducing the intensity and frequency for some migrainers. Interestingly enough, one type of face lift surgery does the same, and there's an article posted here somewhere about that.

As I've seen no medical reports of either forehead muscle involvement in CH or Botox efficacy for CH, I'd approach the idea very cautiously.
