This pain is just about the worst known to man (and giving birth comes second with quite a few women that exp[erience CH).
Give us a break and let us use our medicinal relief.
If you two are worried about too much medication, have you checked out oxygen, water x 3 or all the other ways and means to beat the demon off?
Try some of the options of this message board.
Don't be ashamed of hiding from THIS type of pain.
