Well, my wife gave birth to a bouncing baby boy today. He weighs in at 6 lbs. 12 oz. and stretches 20 inches. I never thought there could be more pain than a CH but I think my wife experienced some in going from 1 cm dilated at 8:30 this morning to 10 cm at 11:00 am. Yeeeouch!
Anyway, I started to get a CH while bracing her through one of her contractions. There was no way I could deal with a CH right then plus I had no Maxalt with me so I just willed the CH away.
I had a shadow throb for about a minute and then it just went away, and the CH hasn't reared its ugly head since!
