I was perusing the older posts and saw a thread on sleep apnea and thought of a peculiar pattern that I've noticed about the clusters that wake me. It seems that in only those instances that I am roused from sleep by a cluster that I notice that my breathing was a bit shallow. I can sometimes alleviate the pain a bit by taking inordinately large breaths... kind of like what divers do to dialate the bronchi. Anyone notice this phenomena of strangely shallow, almost non existant breathing?
