The first one seemed to help and reduce the attacks for like 20 days or so. But, the second they up'd the dosage and WOW he hurt from then on.. It was terrible. He seemed to be always in pain. Botox is supposed to be good really for migraines.. Insurance won't cover for clusters to get Botox. Because of surveys or some crap like that. Good Luck.
