Today I went to the mailbox and there was a package for me from Sonya. Inside was one of her "cu-cu cluster chickens" It is not only the cutest damn thing I've ever seen, but it brought a few tears to my eyes. Here is a woman I have never met, but for this message board and I now consider her a friend. What a sweet gesture and from the bottom of my heart I thank you. It is now one of my most prized possessions. Not just because it's so cute, but for the thought behind it. Susan, I hope you are reading this, because this is a very good reason to keep on, keeping on. Friends and the love and concern we all have for each other.
I won't tell anyone to "cheer up" and get hold of their selves, because I too suffer from this horrible depression, and I know that's the last thing I want to hear. Friends who truly care, are one of Gods gifts and we shouldn't take that lightly. I know I never will again. Thank you Sonya, you given me yet another reason to keep on living and fighting the good fight. Linda Howell
