not sure if they are a symptom or result of the exhaustion - I suspect the latter
just be REAL sure that you have other problems ruled out before you take "refuge" in the benign nature of CH (YEA it IS benign, thats the only positive thing to be said for it) - anything else with symptoms this severe is very dangerous
somebody once said that if get by several years with CH, without dying, then it probably IS CH - dark humor but a lot of truth
