It sounds like you drink a little too much wine. Moderation is the key. Of course you are trying to reach a certain stage in your drinking to where you feel a certain way. May I suggest a higher alcohol count type wine. Such as "Fairbanks" white Port. The alcohol count is 19%. It still contains sulfites like all wines do, but one glass filled with ice is as equal to 3 glasses of wine. That means less sulfites in your system and less grapes if you are allergic to grapes.
You should also drink lots of distilled water. Distilled water flushes your whole body of any impurities including sulfites. Take vitamin supplements as well. This type of flushing and wine consumption depletes your vitamin supply over time. So do eat healthy as well. Of course if you are drinking breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is no help for you. I am referring to a temperate lifestyle.
First thing is first though, allow a few days for your body to flush your system by not drinking any wine.
