I want to thank everyone for their e-mails last week when I was feeling so bad with my clusters. It cheered me up so much just to hear from people who understood what I was going through. I am doing alot better coping this week. My husband has also went through this website and promised to be more understanding about my pain. You don't know how much your letters encouraged me to keep looking for ways to get through this nightmare. I don't feel so alone anymore, and I was almost at the end of my rope. I just get so aggravated about some of the imformation out there about triggers for clusters. I don't drink or smoke, so I know that is not causing my headaches, and I live in the south, our daylight hours are not decreased yet. I did read Goadsby's article on the changes in the brain, and found that very interesting. Does anyone know where to get additional information?
