one thing that i have learned in my 21 yrs experience is that panic will make it worse!
i know it is hard, but try to remain calm...they will go away
ya gotta hang in there
stick your head in the freezer or something
breathe like you are in labor
think of stuff that makes ya laugh
you are not alone
