I get these wierd headaches..i call them mini-migraines. It starts out feeling like tension in my neck..creeps up the back of my head, crawls over the top, down to my eyes. Feels like the muscles in my neck are tensing so hard they're squeezing the blood vessels off. Hurts to focus or move my head or lean over... The only thing that usually helps is lying flat with my legs up on a chair, knees at a right angle. I roll up a towel to fit under my neck..put a heating pad on it. Or I have this rubber toy ball that I roll around on..feels like a shiatsu massage. It especially helps to put it right on that spot where the tendons in the back of the neck attatch to the base of the skull. I'm really into body therapy through massage and alignment..so if anyone wants to know about it just ask :) -Natalie
