Fortunately, I am episodic, and have a fairly long time between. I have to say that when I am in a cycle, I can feel fairly despondent, but I do know that they will end (so far)and when they do, I can carry on and enjoy my life to the fullest. I try to make the most of my time between cycles because the cycles are getting longer and shorter times inbetween.
I only found this site at the end of my last cycle (August, 98)so I have not had the opportunity to use some of the remedies posted here - I certainly have a big arsenal of tricks to try when the next cycle does hit though. I usually check into this site every few days, and I am continually astounded by the warm and caring feelings that are expressed by everyone here. It reaffirms my belief in the goodness of the human population. With all the expertise listed here, I'm sure someone will come up with the answers and cures soon!
