i have been visiting this sight since dj opened it in april. it has taken me all this time to share one of the most effective aborting methods i've used. first a little history of my ch. i was episodic for about 10 years every 12 months for 6 weeks i then went chronic for a year 5 to 6 ha a day none of the meds worked so i opted for surgery. 5 years pretty pain free but slowly i'm gaining feeling back. i am currently in a cycle. oddly i'm not panicked i think because this sight brings so much comfort. anyway long before i was diagnosed the one thing that almost always helped was sex. i know it sounds a little crazy but it was very effective. of course if the cycle lasted to long my poor husband kind of gave out ha ha. i hope i haven't offended anyone i would never have shared if it didn't really help me.
