It's so hard to see it right now Alane, but this feeling of despair and pain in you is going to end, or at least change. Maybe it will happen slowly but you'll get past this moment. The depth of what you feel now may seem impossible to get through, and like it won't end or change, but it does. I've been there. I was there this last monday morning feeling like my whole existance was torture both physically and emotionally. After some sleep, and after some time, things started to feel better.
So do some things for yourself. Get out into the sun. It may sound corny, but getting to sit in the sun can help your mood and out look tremendously. Gather about you things that comfort you. Books, photographs, written memories. Keep these things that comfort you close by. Keep us close by. We don't want to lose you. It's so hard to see right now, but these feelings are going to change.
