Hey I think this might be an answer. I bought some at mother nature .com for 10 bucks. It lights up your whole head like an imitrex injection. Seems it has tryptophan in it which balances seotonin levels in the brain. I am in a bad cycle 3-4 a day and my health care will only cover 4 shots a month so I am searching, for other means. I have not used it every day yet but am convinced it is the right way to go just waiting to cool off a little and get brave to gulp it all the time. The day I took it I was buzzing all day but no full blown headaches.
