yes! yes! quit smoking! i really suggest the nicatine
patches... someone who suffers with ch's and doesn't smoke
said the patches helped calm her during an attack. It's not recommended
for smokers though... all that nicatine. I would attack it from
all angles... get lots of drinking water ready... get a support group,
plan out for attacks to want to smoke... get the patches! and don't give
up! sooner or later... your body will thank you!
I'm more tolerant of smokers... but i still don't like it. but i'll
still love you!
