O2 concentrators pull in room air and turn it into O2 as Ueli said. Some take up to 20 minutes to get over 90%, others can go up to 90-95% within a few minutes. There are brands that have high flow flowmeters so you don't have to use two machines. You may have to shop around to get a machine you like (that gets up to 90% quickly and has high flow). It may be easier just to use tanks, but thay run out quickly. I'm not sure if you can run liquid O2 at high flows (I haven't worked with liquid).
