Stress as a trigger has been discussed here many times. It's an individual thing. Some say it's a trigger while others say it's not. For me, it's not. Lack of stress or stress free is more of a trigger for me. Relaxing in front of the tube or in REM sleep is the most common time for the clusters to hit. Has to do with the slow down or stopping of serotonin production.
