No they won't give it without a prescription. Which has to be renewed every 12 months! No they don't make it easy on us at all! Good luck and if you end up buying your own rig check back with jonny on using the welding shop 02. I had been under the mistaken impression there was a difference between the purity of medical and welding supply 02 but apparently they come outta the same bottle! Good luck guy.
