Was looking for a cause to match the pain of the headaches. After 10 years of fruitless search, discovered that in MY case the headaches were triggered by repetitve motion of the shoulder(s). For example painting, window washing, archery, shoveling snow etc. These types of activities cause no discomfort at the time but can, and often times do, trigger the CH that day or shortly thereafter. I suffer far fewer bouts since coming to this realization.
