Another thing... I am currently undergoing acupuncture for CH and have just been to speak to the Chinese Doctor. I told him that the medication and acupuncture was not working, as I have been worse over the last few weeks. He said that had only I started to undergo the acupuncture prior to the "change of season" then it would be apparent that is was working. But I only started to go for the acupuncture when I was beginning my worse few CH period. They believe that people with Ch have channels that are blocked and that our bodies can not react correctly to the changing seasons. They try to correct this imbalance. They STONGLY believe that the Equinox is a major factor in the reason why I am worse now and that it should go towards the time of the solstice (Mid December)...
Guess what...my CH cycle ends by mid December -
