My husband also suffers from CH - coming up to 21 years. We are expecting his next cycle to start anyday - and dreading it! We have 3 new prescriptions to try this time though, after seeing a neurologist in August. We are going to try Topomax as a preventative, and Oxygen and DHE injections for abortives. I keep hoping that maybe we will be lucky and will skip a cycle - but he was feeling a tightness yesterday, so probably not! Take care and e-mail if you like.
