I've been suffering from CH for past 6 years, am also episodic. I too vomit from the intense pain, along with a few other people on the board. I hate to say this, but each person has a different reaction with different treatments. A lot of it has to do with trial and error. If you search through past archives, you will find a ton of suggestions and treatments your husband can try. Is your husband seeing a neuro doc? If he is, neuro's can ususally prescribe harder to get drugs for his CH's. A lot of people here have gotten relief from oxygen, myself personally, have not. Welcome (unfortunately) to the board, we will be here for you whenever you need us.
