Coffee

4 AM and jumped up at first sign of a shadow...sometimes it works! Coffee, you probably know, constricts the blood vessels, reducing the pressure. That's why Excedrin works sometimes...it has lots of caffeine. But I don't know how Prednisone works. Can anyone tell me? And how long do you usually take it?
