I'm new and have to vent

It's 2am here in Seattle, and I guess I've ruined another
night for my boyfriend. He says I'm an "asshole" when
I get a headache because I have to go home. I've lived
with him for 3 years and still he doesn't understand.
I get so tired of trying to explain that it is not a
"headache". I don't even seem to be able to explain it
to my new doctor, I got an Rx for Imitrex injections
and She gave me 2 doses with no refills!!! Okay that
will last a day if I'm lucky. How in the world do you
get people to understand?
