BD - Here's wishing you the best of luck on your surgery later this week. I sure hope it works. I've read a bunch of the postings on this site this week-end since I found it (cold Icelandic weather and a total lack of sleep gives you lots of "spare time")and it's obvious that you are an incredibly caring and sharing person. You've helped a lot of folks with your wealth of knowledge and advice. I'm amazed you've been able to do all this while you've had to endure what you have. Please don't forget us in your new and improved pain-free life. It would be great to have a participant who's been there) but isn't going back).
