also that acidopolus stuff is pretty good try either the pill or the milk kind, it helps combat the Candida Fungus. After I took diflucan my headaches were gone forever, that was four years ago. I was on the diet in the book for three weeks before i took the diflucan. during the diet I noticed a change in the headaches, less severe and all and when I took the diflucan it really cleared it up.
