Am in my 10th week of latest series -- got a CH in the evening last week, and walked up a hill and down the road a ways, and what do you know, the headache eased up and was gone by the time I returned to my house!
Now, in the middle of the night, usually 2-3 times, I repeat the same walk as soon as I wake up, it takes about 10 minutes, and the ch is gone.
Anyone else experience this? Luckily I live in the country and have 2 dogs & 3 cats who accompany me on every walk while I hold the side of my head with my hand, but return almost recovered just about every time.
Also, by accident, I stuck my head out the car window going 60 mph (not driving) and the ch was gone in 5 minutes. So when the walk doesn't work, I get someone to "take me for a ride." Try it! It's free, no doctor involved. I believe it's the extra intake of oxygen that is helping - I get winded walking up the hill, and when my head is out the car window, the oxygen rushes up my nose right to the headache!
