Pete's headaches stop and start for days. We usually count this as one headache but, maybe it's clusters. He does use O2 but it doesn't work. He didn't get the O2 from a DR, we got it from my grandmother who has emphezyma. Maybe he's not using it right. We just heard it would help, but I guess we should ask the DR for a prescription. We're also going to start a headache diary to record the frequency and intensity of each headache, so maybe we can find a pattern. I do know that dairy products (especially things cooked with heavy cream) and Msg are definate triggers. Only thing is he doesn't head bang or pace. He told me he has the urge to, but he controls it (military training I guess). He does rub his head real hard to the point that it hurts more, but he can't stop. I feel like we are finally on the right track. Thank you everyone for your help. P.S. Can anyone tell me what shadows are? I have seen alot of references to this.
