Are the room rates, etc. seasonal as they are in
Florida? Our off-season on the south west coast
is from May 1st., thru December.
A 2BR, 2Ba, with full kitchen, LR with sleeper
sofa, go for $498.00 per week right now, and up to
$665.00 per week during tourest season, and we are
right on the beach.
