Rights and the pursuit of constitutionality
It has come to the attention of this writer that in many middle management businesses, seem to care more about the all mighty dollar rather the safety and well being of the individual. Weather it be the safety inside a facility or outside on the streets. Weather it be for medical or police related safeties. Middle Management has taken the stand that policies are made to safeguard the security of the individual, when in fact their design to push the limits of the individual who is to enforce them. With the disregard or understanding to wit any mere mortal can endure. The reality is that middle managements only concern is reestablish power it once had, before the all mighty union established it’s grip on the business world, many years ago. During this time the unions promised to us the right to a fair hearing and wages but now many years later our only guaranty is that a fee for services never rendered, will be taken out of our paycheck. Middle management now with the power to do what it likes has decided to take one more stand. A stand that will affect everyone in the years to come. This stand is the though that with less staff they can get still receive the same amount of money and payout less in the long run. Giving them a net profit of over 50% per year. When the lives of the many, is thought to be worth a net profit of 50%. It’s time to take a stand and show them this concept is unacceptable send this letter to a friend and to your senators, by snail mail or E-mail..
ITS TIME TO FIGHT BACK…….
