So many people are ignorant to the extreme suffering that goes on...I, as the wife of a CH sufferer want to scream almost every day because of this ignorance. I can only imagine what it must be like for my husband who has suffered every day for nearly 2 years.
There definitely needs to be awareness...maybe that would raise some attention.
Some time ago I read about an effort to get 48 hours or 20/20 or some program like this to report about CH. Does anyone know if this has been done?
I think it is important to spread awareness - I do what I can with the people that know my husband and I, but what else can we do?
This ignorance is alienating so many people, and only exacerbating depression. We need to do more to make people aware!
