Had a couple of setbacks in the last 24 hours. I had a very short (less than 5 minutes) shadow last night about 2 hours after my post (around 53 hours since the mushroom tea). However, this morning, around 66 hours since the tea, I had one of the worst attacks in recent months. I would give it a 9 on the kip scale and it stayed at a 9 for around 75 minutes. It then took around 2 further hours to go off, and the nerves in my face/head/neck are still occasionally twitching with very minor throbs of pain.
As a result of these events I would like some advice on the following:
1) Do these two setbacks mean that the mushrooms haven’t worked, or does it take more time for the clusters to go into remission?
2) Should I consume some more tea tomorrow night if I get hit in the next 24 hours?
3) Should I consume more tea regardless if I get another attack (as I have read that it took some sufferers more than one ‘dose’ to relieve their clusters)?
4) Should I forget about the mushrooms and just raise my Verapamil dose?
If you do reply please take into consideration the fact that I am a chronic sufferer.
Best Wishes,
G.
