I have noticed the following definite triggers.
1.Shell fish
2.Curry
3.alcohol is instantaneous
I use Barley Green powder on a daily basis & have managed to keep my cluster away for long periods.
The barley seems to detoxify the body.
Im convinced CH is the inability of the body to detoxify resulting in the vessels having an internal allergic reaction
