Jack, you were supposed to help me get the CH questionnaire set up to retrieve the needed or desired data in a form that would be statistically valid. We could use small parts of it one at one time - that is, concentrate on this or that aspect of CH (all those variables you mention) rather than trying to do such a lengthy questionnaire at one sitting. People seem to enjoy responding to this sort of question - and we have the most tremendous resources for research right here on the message board. Every single person who responds adds his/her
part to the overall picture.
