Noone says Lactose intol./allergy is the one cause of Cluster headache. It is just a fact that it is one of the triggers for a large number of CH's, and they all happen to be blood group 0.
So anyone in group 0 not aware of this, might just want to test it and it might show they would improve on a dairy-free diet.
As for yourself, lucky you. If your headaches have just become worse in "old age" (54 myself), you may want to have a good check of your cervical spine. I had surgery last year for cervical myelopathy (bone marrow compression by arthritic vertebrae) and it's certainly one of the contributing factors to my Clusters - even if I have allergies, too, and feel better with a careful diet.
regards,
jam
