Historically speaking, you're right. Asians have not domesticated cows for their use since thousands of years as Caucasians did, therefore did not develop the capacity for milk digestion. As a result, their diet is still low on dairy products today, many have indeed lactose intolerance and it is a fact that there is hardly any cluster there or none. So far, at least, not a single Asian has reported to this board!
Even if most Caucasians can digest milk, there are still some that are intolerant, most likely those of blood group 0. It has been striking to notice on various international CH-sites the large number of CH's, group 0 and lactose intolerant, so it cant just be coincidence. This does not mean that everyone reacts to lactose with CH, it's just one of the triggers for some of the CH's, and for some it may be valuable to find out what their trigger is - just try it.
