I completely agree with Jenny and Pinky. Pred has some really nasty sides while O2, when done correctly, has virtually none. An excellent reference for drugs can be found at onhealth.com. BTW, Verap is also used to treat high blood pressure and is relativly benign. I'm doing 200 mg/day of Veralan (brand name of Verap) since May of this year for both high blood pressure and CH and have had no problems. Of course, 4 months isn't near long enough to say Verap is keeping the beast at bay but if I'm still PF a year from now.... YES! Do look into O2 therapy, it works for so many of us and I'm convinced that many who got no relief with O2 just weren't doing it right or didn't give it enough time. Best of luck.
