3 yrs ago. I also went into a 3 yr remmission a little over 3 yrs ago. This year in April they came back. My headaches went from attack mode since April to slight shadow mode a little over two weeks ago. This was the longest episode I have had in 20 yrs of CH so I consider myself fortunate. I don't understand why I went from my longest remmision right into my longest episode. I thought my new hours might have caused my CHs to go away. ( I was spring and fall 4-5 wks per episode prior to changing work hours.) This last CH attack has been just plain strange. Nothing seems to make sense about CH. I listen carefully to what chronic sufferes have to say because they deal with this daily. My heart goes out to them and so does my respect for their strength and courage.
I have notced that I do not get into deep sleep during the day. I think that when I wake with a HA, I get on it with o2 or meds quicker because I am not entering deep sleep. But I sure do miss a good nights sleep. Kind of allot to say about nothing.
