I just found this site, I didn't know CH was such a popular disorder (joking...just joking). I'm 33 and have had clusters for over half my life. Every couple of years I'll get desperate and see if the docs have found a decent treatment yet. I'm desperate and they haven't. The doc in the ER was pretty impressed with my blood pressure though when I went in last night crying and with my eyes drooped shut. Anyway, I had no idea the goofy/stupid things I do when I'm having an attack were the norm for people with CH. THANKS!
I've read about these headaches for years but I just finished reading the literature here and the other postings and I learned a lot.
I'm in another cycle now. I think they're getting stronger as I get older (or maybe I'm weaker) I know that the cycles are longer, formerly 2 weeks now about 2 months.
I aborted tonight's pain (if it doesn't come back in a couple hours) but the cafegot keeps me up so I'm surfing and looking for wisdom.
Thanks to everyone for sharing, it helps. Here's to the day when the fix is found.
