I have done many things that work once but not again.
BUT, there are 2 things that really help for me.
Because my CH`s are in my head/face as well as neck and
between my shoulder blades, I have found that rowing (on a home gym)
will sometimes lessen the shadows. The only other thing that I get results from
is the ice pack, agian because of MY location of sensation, I use
it between my shoulder blades. At least it`s temp.

I have been experimenting with the treadmill, and cycle(recumbant type )to increase blood flow.
Heh, "pacing" without pacing........
