My CH developed in 1969, has been episodic since then with rather long remissions. 1988-1991, was the most stressful time in my life in many ways (lots of death in my family) my CH began to dissipate. With the exception a few shadows, I'm in an embarrassingly long remission, not that I'm complaining! I used a lot of Inderal at the time but have been very fortunate. I wish I knew what happened so others could benefit from this. Perhaps it's that I'm now 54, I just don't know. For more than 30 years I had both epilepsy and CH. What fun that was! Somehow stress and I get along. PFDAN to all.- - -Charlie
