Stress

After a year and one half of not working I have noticed that after beginning work 4 weeks ago the C/H have returned. During the slack period I had nothing but a few shadows, now the real deal is surfacing again. I believe that stress is a definite factor with this condition. But what the hell are you going to do about it?
